Job Description:
The Marketing & Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting Aikyam’s yoga mats, developing marketing strategies, and increasing sales across online and offline channels.
Job Profile & Specifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in sales/marketing, preferably in fitness, wellness, or consumer goods industries.
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media promotions.
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales.
- Understanding of market trends in the fitness and wellness industry.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends.
- Manage brand promotions, advertisements, and customer engagement.

- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium

- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
