Job Description:
The Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing process of yoga mats, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely production. This role requires experience in manufacturing, process improvement, and team management.
Job Profile & Specifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in manufacturing or production supervision, preferably in rubber or textile industries.
- Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control.
- Experience in handling production equipment and process automation.
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise production lines and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor inventory, raw materials, and production targets.
- Maintain quality control standards.
- Train and manage production staff.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
