Job Description:
The Quality Control Specialist will ensure that all yoga mats meet Aikyam’s high standards for durability, safety, and eco-friendliness.
Job Profile & Specifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years in quality control, preferably in textile, rubber, or consumer goods manufacturing.
- Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and inspection skills.
- Knowledge of quality control processes (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Experience with defect identification and corrective actions.
- Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor quality assurance standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits.
- Identify defects and recommend improvements.
- Work with the production team to maintain consistency in product quality.
